Home help that stays with the same person

Home help covers the household tasks you want done during the visit: tidying, a refresh of the rooms you use, and the small jobs that pile up when nobody stays long enough to finish them.

The same PA returns. You are not introducing the house to a new person each time. That matters for pace. The visit can start where the last one left off.

The minimum is two hours. That is long enough for companionship alongside the tasks, which is how the service is built. Home help is not a flying visit for one chore.

What gets done is agreed with you. We do not turn up with a clinical task list. If something is outside companionship and home help, we say so at the consultation rather than stretching the description.
