The registered office is Grosvenor House, 3 Chapel Street, Congleton, CW12 4AB. That address is legal only. We do not visit Congleton as a service town.

Information we collect

We may collect and process the following data about you when you give it to us: your name, email address, phone number, and postal address, and information about your care needs. The contact form sends your name and phone number to info@silverstarpa.co.uk so we can call you back. An email address and a short message are optional. We do not keep a database of that form on this website. We do not use a tracking pixel. We do not sell your details. The host that serves this site may keep ordinary server logs, such as an IP address and browser type, so the site can run.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiries and provide care services, to tailor your care to you, to send you information about our services when you have asked to hear from us, to keep the website and our services working, and to comply with legal obligations.

Data security

We take sensible care of the personal details you give us. The contact form is emailed to the office. This website does not keep its own database of that form.
